Semics #4: Instructional Motocross DVD
This footage was shot in the winter (January and February '96) in Southern California while Gary was training Jeremy McGrath. This is Gary's first video to use his new video techniques teaching format. A four step process to enable you to learn and use the techniques that are being explained. Entertaining and informative, a must have, because it definitely will "Make You A Better Rider"!
