A lifelong California surfer, Scott Adams created Surf Stronger using a fuctional training approach utilizing surf- specific movements. The result is a program that looks and feels like surfing and translates to better in-the-water performance. WIth over 12 years of training and coaching experience, Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology and is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS).
