Like a Pro was developed by riders for riders. This instructional delves deeply into proper body movement that is required to be the best on your bike. Each technique is explained in a way that it will be helpful to riders from Beginner to Pro. All techniques discussed cross over to most forms of cycling from XC to DH to Freeride to Dirtjump.
