How do I know if the DVD is in stock?

All of our dvds show the current stock status on their More Info page.

What Does Preorder Mean?

Item is a Preorder - When you preorder an item you are reserving that item for immediate shipping on the upcoming release date. If your order contains a preorder or multiple preorders, your order will ship when your preorders arrive and your order is in full. If you order Preorders with in stock dvds and you want the in stock dvds to ship immediately, please order the in stock dvds separately or they will wait to ship when your preorder(s) arrive. If you have already placed an order and you need to make other shipping arrangements please contact us at 801-942-9559. Most of the time we can seperate your order into multiple shipments at no extra cost if you are located in the USA.

What are your shipping options an pricing?

We can ship your package domesticly or internationally using either (USPS) United States Postal Service or (UPS) United Parcel Service.

We ship via USPS with 7 different options depending on delivery time and your location: 

(Shipping to destinations within the USA)
1- USPS Media Mail with tracking (USA ONLY) 5 - 12 Day average- starts at $2.41 for one DVD (Depending on Weight)
2- USPS First Class Mail with tracking (USA ONLY) 3 - 5 Day average- starts at $2.56 for one DVD (Depending on Weight)
3- USPS Priority Mail with tracking (USA ONLY) 2 or 3 Day - starts at $5.25 for one or two DVDs (Depending on Weight and location)
4- USPS Express with tracking (USA ONLY) Overnight to most locations - starts at $19.75 for one DVD (Depending on Weight and location)

(Shipping to International destinations outside the USA)
5- USPS First Class International (No Tracking after it leaves the USA)(10-14 days average can take 30 days) (Price Depending on Weight / Country).
6- USPS Priority Mail International (No Tracking after it leaves the USA)( 6-14 days average can take 30 days) (Price Depending on Weight and Country).
7- USPS Express Mail International (With Tracking)(5-9 days average) (Price Depending on Weight and County).

***International customers*** Depending on the total value of your order some countries will apply a VAT (Value Added Tax) to your package when you receive it because it was imported from another country. Countries that do charge a VAT Tax will have a minimum value threshold before any VAT tax is applied. If you package is valued under that threshold than no VAT Tax is applied. Please check your local customs service or postal service for more information regarding the VAT Tax that may be applied to your package.

4- UPS Overnight Saver- (Next Business Day by 3:00PM)
5- UPS Overnight (Next Business Day by 11:00PM)

Time in Transit from SLC, UTAH (allow 1 day for processing if your order is placed after 1:00 PM MST.)

1- UPS World Wide Expedited (Delivery in about 1-3 Business Days)

When will my order ship?

We will ship your order within 24 hours of your payment usually the same day (Monday- *Friday) .
1- Orders shipping via UPS must be received before 1:00 PM MST to ship the same day.
2- Orders shipping via USPS must be received before 1:00 PM MST to ship the same day.

*Orders received after the above cutoff times on Friday will ship the next business day (Monday).

How do I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email from us with shipment and tracking info.

How do I track my package?

You should have received an email with all your tracking info. If not, you can log on to you account to track your package.

Do you Ship to FPO, APO and P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we will deliver via USPS to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs
When you are shipping to a APO or FPO. Use FPO or APO as the City and AP or AE as the state

If there is a problem with my order how do I return it?

You can simply log on to your account to start the reurn process.

***Due to copyright restrictions we can not accept returns on any DVDs with a broken seal unless they are defective.***

 If you are returning a product due to defect, improper item or damaged during to shipping log on to your account and start the return process

What if I am not happy with the item and I want to return it?

You may use our 90-day Return Policy. You must log on to your account to start the return process before you send anything back to us.

I am not in the USA will the DVD play in my country?

Yes, most of are DVDs are completely Region Free or Region 0(unless stated otherwise on the more info page of the dvd) which means they will play anywhere in the world.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express & Paypal. In addition, we accept money orders drawn from U.S. banks and payable in U.S. dollars. You must contact to us pay with a money order.

I forgot my Password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password go to the Login page, click on "Forgot Your Password?", enter your email address in the box and click continue. After you click continue you will be emailed a verification email that contains a verification link to verify you are the account holder. When you receive the email, open it and click the link to verify your account. After you click on the link to verify your account our system will send you a second email with your new temporary password. Now that you have your temporary password you can use it to login with your email address and change your password to whatever you want.
